Elena Kuzmich is a winner of the Incentive Award of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Support of Talented Youth, Master of Music, award winner of national and international competitions, and Grand Prix winner. Instructor of chamber ensemble and accompaniment class at the Minsk State College of Music named after M. Glinka.

She received her music education with honors at the Pinsk State College of Arts (class of I.L. Borovskaya). In 2022, she graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music with honors (principal instrument class of Professor L.Z. Ter-Minasyan; accompaniment class of Associate Professors S.B. Okolova and O.Yu. Beltiukova; chamber ensemble class of L.A. Orlova). In 2023, she completed her Master’s degree program under the supervision of Associate Professor, Candidate of Sciences in Art History, O.P. Savitskaya.

Elena Kuzmich is actively involved in solo and ensemble concert-tour activities, performing as a soloist, accompanist, and chamber ensembles member. She is the creator, co‑creator, and regular participant in a number of major artistic and educational projects presented on the stage of the Belarusian State Philharmonic and at concert venues across the country (Loshitsa Estate, the Rumyantsev and Paskevich Palace in Gomel, etc.).

She makes a significant contribution to enriching the repertoire for national instruments: she has created an arrangement of V. Voytik’s Concerto for Dulcimer and Orchestra (dulcimer version by V. Praded, piano part by E. Kuzmich), as well as an exclusive arrangement of S. Prokofiev’s “Five Gavottes” for a dulcimer and piano duo (piano part by E. Kuzmich).

Since 2022, she has combined her performing career with teaching and research-methodological work at the Minsk State College of Music named after M.Glinka. She is the author of more than seven pedagogical materials in the field of piano and accompaniment art, as well as a co-author of the educational outreach project "Music for Everyone," which was presented at a meeting with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus in June 2024. Students of E.Yu. Kuzmich’s class regularly become laureates, diploma winners, and finalists at prestigious competitions. The artist conducts masterclasses and provides pedagogical guidance to young performers across the regions of Belarus.

Elena Kuzmich is the Grand Prix and First Prize winner of the International Competition "Music Modern" (Odesa, 2021), First Prize winner of the IV Republican Competition "Musical World" (2023), and First Prize winner of the online competition "Showmir Dom Solntsa" (Russia–Turkey, 2021). She is also a diploma winner and prize winner of the E. Tyrmand Accompaniment Skills Competition, the Y. Korsak Chamber Ensemble Competition, the V International S. Richter Piano Competition, and a finalist of the X International S. Savshinsky Competition (St. Petersburg), and others.

She is actively involved in public work, serving as a member of the Youth Council under the Administration of the Tsentralny District of Minsk and the Republican Council of Working Youth under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, and she regularly organizes charity concerts. For her outstanding achievements in professional and pedagogical activities, she was awarded the title of a prize winner in the city competition "Best Young Specialist of the Year" (Minsk, 2025) and the national competition "Super-PROFI – 2026" (Minsk). She has been awarded numerous certificates of merit and commendations for her high performance and pedagogical skills, as well as her active educational outreach work.

The pianist's concert geography spans numerous cities across Belarus, as well as international competition and festival venues.
